S2 E17 Baby on Board

On the rooftop, the main 3 look at the stars. The Trycloid mark on Phil Berg’s neck activates, he floats in his bed, and Shaw talks to him. Josh wants to see “Watch the Skies”, but his dad tells him he needs to do chores first. Erika thinks Robbie’s dad is dating someone because of his behavior.

On “Watch the Skies”, the Trycloid mark activates Phil again and takes over him.
Phil gives a Trycloid message and Allen realizes the stars in the sky were another Trycloid message. Robbie and Erika talk about Mr. Stevenson. Later, Robbie calls her dad and hears a woman on the line, making her suspicious.

Josh and Allen make their way into the studio and see Phil Berg going crazy over the alien stuff. Allen says it’s because he’s going to hatch Trycloid eggs, which he eventually does (very disturbing and not suitable for kids) Robbie and Erika go to the beach, where they spy on Mr. Stevenson talking to “his woman”. Robbie sees them dancing and gets mad.

Robbie and Erika talk about stepmothers. Shaw looks over Phil’s quarters and sees Trycloid activity. At the beach, Allen and Josh chase after Phil Berg’s house. At home, Robbie lectures her dad about his time at the beach. Phil continues to hatch the eggs in the car, and Allen says he has to deal with it or else the world will end.

The Trycloid babies hatch in a way that’s very painful to Phil, so Allen goes Xelan inside the car to manage the situation. The Trycloid babies go after Josh on the beach (a different beach) once they leave the car, but he’s stopped by his dad. At home, his dad punishes him, and he tells Robbie he’s still single. The main 3 talk on the rooftop.

My Allen Strange Story + Show Review

I was born during the original run of the show, so I never had a chance to watch it on TV, and I was a huge fan of Nickelodeon as a kid, but from 11 1/2 and-a-half to 21-and-a-half I didn’t watch it.  I got back into Nick thanks to Drake & Josh, and I haven’t looked back since.  Aside from Allen Strange, I watch Drake & Josh and Double Dare pretty regularly and sometimes iCarly, Victorious, Big Time Rush, Legends of the Hidden Temple and Kenan & Kel when it comes to Nick. I didn’t watch Allen Strange until 2025 because the a lot of the series (including the finale) was lost media and I didn’t want to watch a show with missing episodes, especially if I had no way of knowing how the series was going to end. I made this blog to one, show my appreciation for this great show and two, serve as an archive for the show if it ever gets taken down again. S3 E17 Life of the Party

Allen eats pop rocks with soda, and bubbles of his head form Xelan style. Then the theme plays. Josh needs someone to watch him during Robbie’s track thing, so Allen gets Manfred. They get Mr. Stevenson’s credit card. On the walk home from school, Josh talks to Plato while Hamilton gets nervous when Allen brings up his birthday. Josh talks about throwing a party, which Allen thinks would be good for Hamilton. At home, Manfred blocks the TV screen from Josh and Allen’s video game. After Josh suggests that Manfred try on Mr. Stevenson’s clothes, him and Allen order food from a bunch of places. Mr. Stevenson calls Manfred and he lectures the two boys after they make a mess and are late for school. Allen and Josh hang out with Plato as Josh prepares his gaming thumb. Hamilton comes to the house and is surprised with a birthday cake, which brings back PTSD of a house fire to him and he freaks out. Manfred quickly ends the party, but more people come anyway. Character Review: Robbie Stevenson

  Robbie is a 15 year old girl played by the obscure actress Erin J. Dean.  She’s a surfer, she’s on the track team and she also makes jewelry. Supposedly she has bad grades on the show, to the extent that she was excited to get a B in one episode (I don’t remember which one) because she had never gotten a grade that high in her life, and she was 15. I didn’t see her as stupid. Robbie may not always get along with her brother Josh, and sometimes even Allen, but they always find their way back to each other. The friendship between Robbie and Allen was so close that I was surprised that they didn’t kiss by the end of the show like Aang and Katara did in Avatar’s finale. Robbie has her angry moments and she can usually win an argument, but she’s usually calm and when she’s calm, she’s a friendly and pleasant person. 95% of her actions are on the side of good, and when they aren’t, they’re usually not too bad to begin with.
