Character Review: Robbie Stevenson

Robbie is a 15 year old girl played by the obscure actress Erin J. Dean. She’s a surfer, she’s on the track team and she also makes jewelry.

Supposedly she has bad grades on the show, to the extent that she was excited to get a B in one episode (I don’t remember which one) because she had never gotten a grade that high in her life, and she was 15.
I didn’t see her as stupid.

Robbie may not always get along with her brother Josh, and sometimes even Allen, but they always find their way back to each other.
The friendship between Robbie and Allen was so close that I was surprised that they didn’t kiss by the end of the show like Aang and Katara did in Avatar’s finale.

Robbie has her angry moments and she can usually win an argument, but she’s usually calm and when she’s calm, she’s a friendly and pleasant person.
95% of her actions are on the side of good, and when they aren’t, they’re usually not too bad to begin with. Just selfish teenage girl BS, not actual evil like Sam Puckett or Megan Parker.

She has proven herself to be completely loyal as not only a protector (from the government), but as a friend to Allen.
I wish they expanded more on her music tastes, same with Josh.

Overall, I like Robbie.
I think Erin Dean was a good fit for the show, I think she was played well, I think her writing was pretty good, I like her character development and her character traits as well.
