S2 E13 Father and Son

Robbie and Allen walk home in the train yard and Allen gets fascinated by the trains, which holds Robbie up. Allen goes Xelan to look into a train. At home, Mr. Stevenson tells Robbie she’ll be punished if she goes to the train yard, and he asks to see Manfred at some point. Allen and Manfred interact with Josh’s old train set.

Josh gets a brain freeze and Allen puts a blanket on him, thinking he’s going through Xelan problems. At school, Erika gets Robbie tickets for one of their favorite surfers, but it’s after the time her dad wants her home. A new student named Hamilton shows up and hides himself in a locker. Mr. Stevenson gives Manfred parenting advice that he takes too literally.

Erika convinces Robbie to go to the event. Manfred goes to the school looking for Allen since he thinks he needs to “keep an eye” on Allen 24/7. He asks Robbie for help, but she’s busy with Erika. When Allen wants to go in the train yard after school, he’s stopped by Manfred but Allen uses Xelan powers to go there. Hamilton tries to stop Allen from going into the train, but he doesn’t listen.

In the attic, Josh and Manfred plan on going to the train tracks. Allen ends up in the freezer room of the train and his Xelan body begins to shuts down. At the tracks, Manfred instructs Hamilton to not move the train, but it doesn’t work. Josh uses Manfred’s hand as a crowbar and Manfred makes it in. Allen says he doesn’t need his “dad’s” help but Manfred saves him anyway.

When Manfred jumps out the train carrying Allen, Manfred tries to get Allen back to good health and they talk & eventually hug. They walk away from the scene, where they meet up with Robbie, Josh and Erika. Robbie says she can’t go to the meet and greet, so Erika invites Hamilton instead.
