S2 E1: Passage

Robbie thinks her mom and dad are getting back together after they make plans to meet. At school, Allen brings his school project which is powered by Xelan energy & he gets pinned to the locker by its energy. In science class, his project causes an electrical storm. On their walk home, the main 3 discuss Allen’s energy issues. Allen thinks it’s because he has to pass a set of Xelan trials to prove his worth as a Xelan or else he will stay human.

Josh bets money on mom and dad, but Grandma Stevenson comes to the house. She suggests Josh clean the house, and Robbie goes outside to talk to her dad before he leaves. In the attic, Allen has a Xelan issue and sees that he’s fully human. He explains to Robbie that he needs to pass the trials and that he needs to do it alone. His first trial is to save a girl from an aggressive dog.

Robbie talks to Josh about the parents getting back together. Josh doesn’t support it but Robbie complains about how they’re not together. Allen’s second test is to be honest when he gets extra food by mistake. After that, Allen goes onto a cliff, looks at the stars and stays there. Robbie and Josh continue to talk about their parents in the attic until the parents arrive home. Allen levitates and goes Xelan on the cliff.

The parents explain they’re not getting back together and Robbie gets very angry. Allen goes back home, and on the rooftop, he comforts a crying Robbie and he tells Robbie that the Xelan process got interrupted when he saw Robbie’s face in his head, which is why he came over. After that happened, he becomes Xelan again. They talk about their destinies and a cross appears in the sky made from stars.
